booking policy
To secure a date in our diary we require 20% deposit of the total fee. This is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The outstanding balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Any cancellation from yourselves within 2 weeks of the event will still be charged at 100% of the total invoice fee.
Should you fail to make a final payment of the outstanding balance two weeks prior to the event, Flanco Pizza reserve the right to charge a late payment fee and/or cancel your booking and your deposit will not be refundable.

A minimum booking of 30 applies to private events.
Moving the date of your event within 2 weeks will require an additional deposit to again secure the date in our diary.
Flanco Pizza is not responsible for ensuring that the trailer can be set up and used on or at premises or private property. The organiser needs to ensure it is an adequate, and safe hard-standing space in order for us to serve. Parking on soft-standing, such as grass will be done so at the client's risk and Flanco Pizza accepts no responsibility.
Should Flanco Pizza be personally forced to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, health concerns, COVID-19 or other reasons, then a full refund, including your deposit will be given within 48 hours.
